Ok, so this is something that I started doing when I lived in Atlanta, GA. I was looking for something to watch one weekend night and came across this documentary called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. Dude, this movie talked to me. I learned a lot about the benefits of juicing and that is when I learned that better health starts with nature.
