Hi! I’m Carlye and I cannot wait to work with you! I have been training and learning everything I can to be able to provide you with the best product available. I have a passion for sharing wellness with others and hope you let me help you on your wellness journey.
I grew up and athlete playing soccer, basketball, and softball until I went to college where I earned my BA in Psychology from Suffolk University in Boston Massachusetts. That is where I found a whole new love for fitness and became an avid runner. since then, I have finished a bunch of half Marathons and a few marathons.
I have a lot of experience in teaching kickboxing, training small group training classes, running programs, health and nutrition classes and of course personal training.
I am a busy mom to four little athletes and two crazy American Bulldogs. I know what it is like to “not have the time” to get a work out in. But that is why I am here. Whether running, weights or functional sports training I can help you find the time to do one of my short meaningful workouts that you can use to stay healthy and feel reenergized.
