Want your young athlete to maintain or increase their conditioning, increase functional strength and learn the fundamentals of sports nutrition? For young Athletes in the 3rd through 8th grade, come join us for our Summer Sports Conditioning Sessions. With our Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, Carlye Pina, leading each session, your young athlete will get the basics and be pushed to meet their goals.
